She always loved her memories of the Jersey Shore boardwalks and the quiet, sun-drenched afternoons of the Florida Gulf Coast. It was in these coastal rhythms that she found her inspiration. Blaize wanted to create a space that felt like both home and getaway—a place where the bold flavors of Vietnam meet the relaxed, intentional pace of life by the water.
